I went to The Dressing Room in downtown St. Pete with my mom five days after I got engaged to my handsome fiancé (now husband). When I walked inside the store I was completely in awe of all of the gowns.. The attendant Julia looked at me and immediately gasped and said “You are an Eddy K girl… I just know it..” So she handed me the Fiji gown. As soon as I slid it on I knew it was the one.. Everything about it was so light and natural. I felt like it went perfectly with my lakeside venue, and the train.. oh that train.. it was grand. There are so many staircases at the Pavilion that I knew this dress was my dream for a dramatic entrance and photos. So that day I tried on that single dress and walked out of the store a glowing bride! On my wedidng day the dress exceeded all expectations.. It was light, airy and breezy. the shimmering gold layer of silk underneath the lace went perfectly with all of my rose gold accents. I am so in love with my gown and feel like it could not have fit my personality, style, or venue more.. I couldn’t have imagined the day or my gown to be as breathtaking as it was!
