“Before buying my dress I did lots of research in gowns and designers. I am half Italian so seeing that Eddy K was an Italian designer and in my budget it intrigued me to look more into them. After looking at their website I knew I just had to be an Eddy K bride. Their dresses were so elegant and detailed and there were so many beautiful choices. Most importantly they had beautiful curvy size options for a more curvy girl like me. I made my first appointment with Renaissance Bridals and prom specifically because they were the only local place that carried Eddy K dresses. When I got there I showed the lady what I wanted and she pulled some dresses I showed her and others that were of similar style. When I tried on the dress I wore for my wedding day I instantly felt like a bride and had this amazing feeling. However it was my first time trying and I didn’t want to rush. I tried so many other places and designers but I just couldn’t stop thinking about that one Eddy K dress. After a year of trying on different places and designers I went back to Renaissance Bridals and prom with my mom. When I tried it on for my mom we both instantly cried because we knew it was the one. It truly made me feel like not only a bride but a princess!” -Katie
