“This was only my 2nd time trying on dresses. I knew I wanted a low back and a sheath fit and I loved, loved, loved lace. Other than that, I was really open to many different designs. As we were picking out dresses to try on I saw the detail on the bottom of my dress poking out and said “I don’t care what the top looks like or the silhouette, I want to try on that dress!” When I put it on, it just spoke to me. I think I knew in that moment it was my dress, but only having tried on a few, I decided to go home and sleep on it. Well I did, and I dreamt about that dress over and over again. I had an appointment to try on dresses the next week and during the entire appointment, everything was compared to “that dress.” I absolutely loved the art deco scalloped detail and how there were subtle clear sequin that really shined in the sunlight but was not overpowering in sparkles. Being petite, I wanted a dress that was going to show some curves and not swallow me up, and this was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, beautiful dress” -Michelle
