“Renaissance Bridals was about the 5th shop I visited, and I was starting to feel discouraged that I would find my dress. I had a very specific style of dress in mind knowing my soon to be husband and I had been secretly planning to do a choreographed Viennese Waltz for our first dance. Once I arrived at Renaissance, the stylist began pulling dresses and the Eddy K dress was the first one he had me try on. I remember walking into the fitting room with my Matron of Honor and telling her that I think we’ll be able to rule this one out just by looking at it on the hanger, but I still wanted to try it on. As soon as I put the dress on and walked out of the fitting room, my whole world just stopped. I immediately got that “this is the one” feeling I had been searching for and next came the tears. I found out later, the stylist purposely put me in that dress first because he knew how perfect it would be for me. The dress was absolutely perfect for our dance and made me feel like a sexy, but sophisticated princess for my wedding day!” – Shelby
